Robin Renucci studied at the National Conservatory for Performing Arts between 1979 and 1981. In his years in the theatre, he has worked with
Marcel Bluwal, Roger Planchon, Antoine Vitez, Jean Mercure, Patrice Chereau and Jean-Pierre Miquel. He received the 'Gérard Philippe' prize for his role as Don Camille in "Der Seidene Schuh".

He recently appeared in the stage play "Correspondance" by Francois Truffaut at the 'Theatre du Rond Point' and the 'Studio des Champs Elysées and in "Le Grand Retour" by Boris S. at the 'Theatre
De L'Oeuvre'.

He has appeared in feature films such as "Eaux Profondes" by Michel Deville, "Les Enfants du Siécle" by Diane Kurys and "Escalier C" by Jean-Charles Tachella, in which he played 'Forester Laffont'. He has worked with Claude Chabrol, Laurent Heynemann, Bertrand Van Effenterre, Maurice Dugowson and Jacques Deschamps. He also directed the TF1-Canal+ co-production "La Femme d'un Seul Homme".

In 1998 he founded the Convention of International Theatre in Haute-Corse. In 1999 he was awarded the title of 'Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres' by the Ministry of Culture, and in October 2000, he received the 'L'Ordre du Mérite' from the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
